    I have been in the business for 37 years!  Over 20 years with Chrysler and Tim Parker.  I am married to the sweetest woman in the world, Charlotte Fitzhugh.  I have 4 great sons, Kelly, Clyde, Scott, and Deek.  I also have 5 grandchildren.  I love hunting, fishing, and golf.

    I started selling cars at Chrysler in 1989, I have been selling cars 18 years.  I retired 2 1/2 years because of my husbands health (he's better now...YEA!).  I'm married to Dr. Ron Splann.  I have two sons Shane Aitken and Todd Aitken.  I have five grandchildren...Utah, Mason, Daylee, Brayden, and Isabella.  I work every Friday and Saturday.  My outside interest are watercolor painting, enjoying time with my husband and playing with my grand babies!!  Yea!

    Whitley "Whit" McWilliams, born and raised in Hot Springs, has been with Tim Parker Chrysler Dodge Jeep since 2005, and has consistently been one of the leading salesmen.  He graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1994 an honor student, three sport letterman, and student leader.  He attended college at Hendrix, Arkansas Tech, and UALR studying business communications and administration.  While in school he worked in insurance sales and upon returning to Hot Springs, decided to switch to automobile sales for his career.

     

    Having coached five championship soccer teams aged 4-13 in Little Rock for four years and having been active in football, basketball, and baseball during high school and college, he now looks forward to coaching his greatest accomplishment, 3 year old Grayson Connor McWilliams in Little League.  Whit and Grayson attend church at Gospel Light where Grayson is in pre-school.

     

    Whit's motto is "The only successful deal is one in which the customer returns when he wants to trade for a newer model."

    After growing up in cities like Miami, FL and suburbs of Dallas, TX I decided to raise my kids in Hot Springs, AR.  I have lived here about 10 years and love it.  I came to work here at Tim Parker Chrysler, February of 2008.  I have a wonderful husband along with two step-sons and three daughters; four of the five live at home and attend the Lake Hamilton School District.  They are all in the band, and my husband and I stay very busy and involved with the band program.  My hobbies are motorcycling, camping and obviously staying very involved with my children's school activities.

    I was born and raised in Stuttgart Arkansas.  My husband Roger and I have 6 children: Roger, Jamey, Bobby, Casey, Wade and Christopher.  I have 5 grandkids: Nichlos, West, Brayden, Seth, and Logan.  I moved to Hot Springs 6 years ago and have been in the auto industry since 1976!  I have been with Tim Parker Chrysler about 6 years.
